I weighed this morning and had gained a little. I think I will go back to logging next week and every other week from there. I would like to not have to log every week. 75% of my food this last week was really good but then there is the other 25% that was bad. No problem, I have to learn moderation in my eating and I think for the most part I am doing well with that. I did start adding in a core strength training and a arm strength training workouts two to three times a week each. I have been doing this for the last week and a half so I don't think all the weight is from eating to much. I should know changing up my routine is going to move the scale some. So, long story short I am not worried about it to much as long as it does not continue to climb. Hope everyone is having a great and healthy week.
