Day Two of my Atkins and I don't think I have been doing a good job. I have but I haven't. So the first day I was low on carbs and the second day it seems that I am exactly where I need to be for carbs, but low on calories.

So here are the stats for day 1

Day 1 9/29 Net Carbs 15.8 grams Calories 1375.1 Fat 51% Protein 41% Carbs 9%
Day 2 9/30 Net Carbs 24.1 grams Calories 926.4 fat 36% Protein 47% Carbs 17%

Day 1 Questionaire
Are you eating 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies? No. Only 6.8 out of 15.8 were veggies.
Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs

Are you eating at least 1500-1800 calories per day? No. I was at 1375.1 today

Are 60-70% or your calories coming from fat? No. Only 51% today came from fat.



Day 2

Day 2 9/30 Net Carbs 24.1 grams Calories 926.4 fat 36% Protein 47% Carbs 17%

Are you eating 20 NET carbs per day, not less, with 12-15 of them coming from veggies? Yes. I went over the 12-15 and ended up with 22.1 for my veggies.
Total Carbs - Fiber = NET carbs

Are you eating at least 1500-1800 calories per day? No, I didn't, I was at 926.4

Are 60-70% or your calories coming from fat? Only 36% fat today


I am going to plan because right now its not looking good for what I have been planning, but tomorrow is a new day to turn it all around.
