Well yesterday I forgot my shot. Took it around 6pm instead of 7am. Not sure if I did the right thing but back on track today. Only lost .6lbs yesterday? Didn't get enough fluids and was stressed. Now what to do about it. Need to push fluids and relax. Guess the relax part is the hardest. I also added Jeanie-O extra lean turkey breast. I have it for lunch today also so if small # loss tomorrow maybe I will take it back out. Guess you could say I am just little down about my lack luster results last 2 days.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 90.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
