So I started my day with a bad breakfast... 3 slices of cinnamon toast and a coffee.
So much sugar! I should be on a no sugar diet. But I don't think I could hack it.
It can only get better from here.

Hi Wendy. I find that I can deal with meals more successfully if I plan what I will eat in advance. Try not to go shopping on an empty stomach as your pantry will fill up with tempting treats that will slow your weight loss down!

Hello Wendy...Ss1060 has a point, plan ahead...I am fortunate in that I don't like sugar...but if I want cut down on anything I just don't buy it...works for food...doesn't work so well with the bubbly!
