I am on Day 4 of my Raw Food Detox and it's incredibly hard to stay totally raw throughout the day. I've slipped many times, especially at dinner time and had a handful of almonds or cheerios. But I don't actually feel hungry, just craving salt and carbs. Three more days to go!
