This is the hardest part of the day for me. I'm half way thru work and it's dinner time for the rest of the world. I have pork chops waiting at home for me to do something delicious with, but I don't get home til about 915 pm. I know eating late might be part of my problem, but mostly I just feel weird waiting almost 8 hours between meals (I eat lunch between 1 and 2pm). This is when I succumb to fast, easy fill-ups like fried burritos. Trying to avoid that today.... maybe some hummus and pepper spears? and some celery? That might satisfy me for a while. Also, weird craving: apple slices. I'm not generally a fan, but I keep seeing them in my mind, so I should probably indulge that impulse because it's a healthy one.
