EVER HEARD THE SAYING "ABS ARENT BUILT IN THE GYM, BUT IN THE KITCHEN"?

I NEED SOME AB BUILDING IDEAS... IM TIRED OF TUNA AND FISH...

EVERYTHING ELSE I SEEM TO EAT IS SO HIGH IN FAT - THE BAD KIND!

What about other proteins , steak, lean mince , chicken breast and not just fish ? I don't like shakes but people use protein shakes as well.

whey proteins, excluding those that contain soy isolates (soy lecithin in ok thats just a caking agent) but yeah lean proteins as mentioned above and healthy fats.....sometimes when wanting abs you develop the muscles but it cant be seen because they lay underneath the belly fat so that needs to disappear first before the actual ab muscles will begin to show
