Had a kick ass breakfast. Big old bowl of scrambled egg whites with turkey bacon, broccoli, asparagus, onions, peppers, black beans, and mushrooms. 30 grams of protein, woo!
Got myself a jar of all natural, no extra-ingredients BS, almond butter for late night snacks. If I'm feeling "snacky" I just scoop out a teaspoon full and I am back in business. It's so good!
I really need to buy a reliable scale. No idea what to look for. Going to scour Amazon and start reading reviews while I have lunch.
