Only on my 4th day of restarting the Slow Carb diet and I am down 4lbs!
I was only going to weight myself once a week (Tuesdays, since saturday is my cheat day AKA Faturday and Tuesday should be long enough for cheat days gain to be gone), but I was around the scale and figured, "Meh, screw it." EDIT: I did not participate in Faturday this week because I only started on Friday, fyi. First cheat day will be this weekend, and I fully intend to go apeshit.
What a motivator that was! Feeling a little bit of the no-carb hangover, but sheesh, who cares. If it works, I'm game.
