I am going to try to pick up more exercise. Downloaded the Nike App to track my walking and it enticed me to try to pick up running. I walked a cumulative .87 at work, ran a .5 mile last night before bed, ran another .5 mile this morning first thing. Already have over .5 mile walked for today... I like being able to visually see what I do! Running is NOT my thing AT ALL. My intent was to run .25 since it was my first time, but at that marker I knew I could push to do more. A half mile isn't much but for me it's a start!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
