Still having a rough time with this latest virus. Went to the gym once last week and did OK and felt good but I wasn't able to get back for a few days. Worked to late yesterday and didn't make it.
Weight is down and holding. Plan is to go to gym tonight at a reduced level to try to get back to my normal ranges. My body reacts positively to activity but getting away due to illness seems to set me back more than I like.
