weekends are definitely my downfall.
had mostly good food days, but did indulge (chocolate, wheat thins) and minimal portion control.
decided this week i kick it into high gear; I will be under 190 by 10/3.
197.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
