yesterday I got my calories up and my fat up and I didn't gain or lose. I stayed the same which is great for me since I have been losing around a pound a day for the last few days.
I just fried me a turnip in coconut oil to eat with my eggs. I was trying to figure out what kind of veggie I should have with my eggs since I normally have been eating half of an avacado and wasn't in the mood for an avacado today. I fried two eggs in coconut oil and then fried the turnups. I have never had them before and I can say that I have found another veggie that I just love. I can't believe all the veggies I have been eating since eating the atkins way.
