September 9th I was 175 lbs. September 19th I'm 169.6. The day to day weighing really motivates me, even though it make's me crazy. But it's nice to step back and say "Damn, I'm doing really well!"

Swam 800 meters again today as well as 33 min on the elliptical. My diet typically falters on the weekends so I'm going to focus on keeping that from happening. I'll also try to get to the gym either tomorrow or Sunday.

I had some small willpower victories that honestly meant more about my progress than the scale. Tonight I may try on my older swim suit that's a size smaller. My current one now runs the risk of exposing too much!
