Since Monday, back at the gym. So far I do high intensity cardio for 20 minutes and 20 minutes of weight training. I've been eating 1 whole egg and egg whites with onion, green pepper and tomatoes in the morning. Lunch broccoli and grilled chicken breast with avocado and the same for dinner. Cheated twice this week with a little bit of ice cream. Completely cut alcohol. (I miss my daily glass of wine)
