:( stress munchies again sigh..........
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Miki, its not bad to have munchies if you're prepared and have some healthy snacks. Think about what you like to snack on, and then try to come up with a healthy alternative. At first, it won't be the same. But you'll feel better and then those healthy snacks will be your go-to munchies. For ex, if you like salsa, cut up celery in advance so it's ready in the fridge and use celery instead of a chip. Maybe you'd like some cut up carrots or peppers with hummus. And get yourself some fruit that you like. Now that it's spring, there are loads of fruits in season. You can do it!
