Hipaagrammy's Journal, 18 September 2014

Well, I still have a lot to do to get ready for the weekend. After looking over the guestrooms I find we need more pillows and one comforter is a tattered mess, so I'll be off to one of the 'marts to find inexpensive replacements. The windshield on my Acadia is fixed (one thing off my list) and my menu plan and grocery list is ready for grocery shopping. I think I'll do my hour on the exercise bike before I take off shopping or the end of the day will too soon arrive and I'll realize I've put it off too long.

My morning weigh-ins have been discouraging, but I've stayed within my RDI. I had a really high carb day earlier in the week, and yesterday was higher than normal sodium, so I hope it is going to come down soon. I've been diligent about riding the bike and I think that will help long-term. Tomorrow is my recorded weigh-in and if it is still up there, I will remember that I'm changing a lifestyle, not a number on the scale.

Have a great Thursday everyone!
