Lots of walking, activity, shopping, basketball and healthy eating today.
Props to my six year old son Alex, who hung with me through it all!

Topped off day with a nice salmon dinner,touch of "Greek Chicken Oregano" both of which the recipe is posted in my cookbook. Very easy and very tasty! If you look up SALMON recipe be warned, uSE THE RECIPE TITLED "Roasted WILD salmon with herbed yogurt. In my first submission I forgot to include the damn fish! (duh)
