So this week I am doing no scale until Friday. I am hoping to be at 230 or lower but a loss is a loss, right? This will hopefully be my last week in a cast so I can at least start walking and getting ready to run next week. Monday we go to the doctor. A few more days of weigh training and sitting cardio. I am really hoping that I can get back to running and more intense home workouts. Also keep fingers crossed for a job offer soon, so I can afford a gym membership in time for the cold PA winter.
