I gained!!!!!! How upsetting. Okay, I did not eat well, but I stayed within my calories and worked out. I did five zumba classes and two days of two miles on the treadmill. And I still gained weight!! I do know that there were several days that I felt like I was always starving no matter what I ate. I am going to review my food diary. I also keep having pizza. I had it three days in a row. I am feeling a little defeated. But this is just one week in the life of Maria. I am borrowing a Vitamix from a friend and today I will start juicing. No more Pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the plus side, I feel stronger and toner. I'm sore which is a good sign. I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on.
282.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Perhaps GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scales Lies." When we exercise our muscles actually hold on to fluid so it seems like a gain.
