was super busy with work yesterday, ate like crap, met a friend for a beer after all of that, woke up this morning 2 pounds lighter?! I'll take it i guess...
123.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
