Worked out last night on my sister's elliptical for 45 minutes. I wanted to vomit... yuck! 579 calories burned. No pain no gain. I burned 20 more calories this time than the first run. Still just as painful though. Thank God for the iPod it really helps me get through the workout mentally.

I've been working out for about 2 weeks now. I don't have a steady schedule but I've been aiming at at least 3 times per week. I am ready to make a schedule though. I want to use the elliptical at least 3-4 times per week. That will burn about 1500-2000 calories per week.

I've been wearing clothes that are too tight on me, I want to feel uncomfortable and be reminded of what my goal is.

Gotta go!

Hey I do that too! I pretty much only wear my new yoga pants and any shirts that fit really tight to motivate me and keep me away from the desserts. Oh I wish I had access to an elliptical too. I love those. You can feel your whole body working. Keep up the good work!
