Having a really hard time this week. Can't seem to get enough calories or keep on track. And what's up with the lack of veggies? Oh, man. :(

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 April 2011:
1716 kcal Fat: 114.32g | Prot: 98.29g | Carb: 83.26g.   Breakfast: Reduced Sodium Bacon, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, egg. Lunch: strawberry, blueberries, MIM, ground turkey, egg, milk 2%, apple. Dinner: Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Pork Spareribs, flax meal, date, butter. Snacks/Other: Broccoli, romaine, spinach. more...

Don't get discouraged. This is a lifetime change. You won't always follow the new plan to a tee. Give yourself a break and make changes where they are needed.
