Pretty interesting when I weighed in and saw this. I am actually on my way to the dentist now and just decided to make an entry and remembered my weigh in days are every Wednesday. I was told by several health professionals to ONLY weigh yourself once a week - this is because our bodied can fluctuate in weight between 1-2 lbs from day to day. Im excited to see if following the recommended RDI - will allow me to continue my journey.
