I had a very emotional day today. Full of stress, tears and frustration. I came home exhausted and ordered a pizza and Chocolate lava cake. I didn't care what I ate. I started with some salad and 2 pieces of pizza and decided it wasn't worth the 398 calories and 48 carbs to eat a piece of cake and continue to ruin my evening too! That is what I love about FS I can see what I'm going to eat before I eat it and then say; "Is it worth it?" I'm leaving for a women's retreat this weekend and I can hardly wait to get re energized to continue on my journey of getting healthy and being happy again. Good night!
