Not seeing much weight loss and I bumped up to 2100 calories. What I am seeing is DRAMATIC changes in body composition. I've dropped 3% body fat and have gained in muscle quite a bit over the past week. I'm totally happy with that and glad I have a scale that takes that measurement. I'm about 4% body fat from the best shape I've ever been in.
