I hadn't seen any change on the scale for the last three days despite working out a lot more than usual. I figured that my body might be retaining water due to all the exercising so I gave myself a break today. And guess what?!?! I lost another pound, whoo hoo....
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
