Just ate snow crabs legs for dinner. Oh how I forgot how tasty they were. I ate a whole pound. Didn't really even use the butter I melted, they were that yummy. Too bad I couldn't afford that more often, I could eat that twice a week. I did have some veggies too, but ate all the crab first. The guy at the store actually steamed them for me too so I had all the joy and none of the cooking.

Felt like a normal meal. I'm getting tired of cooking every single day. It was so easy to just pop something in the microwave or eat a sandwich. Now I have to plan all the time and cook all the time and log in everything I eat. It's a lot of work. I'm not going to stop, but I still want to express my dislike at having to cook all the time. I've never been a huge fan of being in the kitchen. Meals always taste better when someone else cooks it. Although I do like my soups better than any store/restaurant. On the weekends I cook a pot of low carb soup, and I take that to work every other day, and eat some on the day I make it. And breakfasts have been mainly atkins shake and coffee, so not much planning/cooking there. It's the dinners that are killing me. I'm tired of my seemingly only 3 choices of beef, poultry, or pork. I'm not huge on tuna, most of the seafood I enjoy is expensive, shrimp, crab, scallops. I don't mind catfish or flounder or tilapia, but we haven't had that in the house. Oh well, I have no choice but to stick with this because it IS working and I WILL not tolerate quitting from myself. I cannot be this heavy.
