I see a report on the BBC reckons it doesn't matter which diet you follow as the all work equally well. The trick is in sticking to it.
It seems that whether they are low fat or low carb, on average they all keep you around 1500 cal.
So what really matters is that you choose a diet you can stay with in the long run.
