jog either outside or on treadmill, depending on weather 3 miles to 3.5 miles
3 sets of 15 crunches.
stretch,
keep house clean.
NOT EAT ANY JUNCK FOOD.
Maybe if I put in small daily goals this weight will go down. Seems to have a problem at the moment and just wants to go up.
