Ok this is the last time I try to write a journal today. I've tried 3 times and its gone to no mans land. Really dislike that!

So yesterday I ate 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies. I know was very bad, and even thought that as I was putting them in my mouth. So to make up for not eating good went for a 3 mile run. Taking the rest of the cookies to preschool openn house tonight, so they will be gone. yeah.

So don't get to run tonight, Garrett has wrestling practive 4:30-5:30, open house 5-7, then a pool meeting 7-9. So glad I'm not a single parent, There would be no way I could manage all 3 and get kids in bed by 8pm.

Goal today don't eat any junk, no matter how good it looks. There will be alot of tempting things at the open house. I will win in the end.

Weight is slowly going back down. I know only 4 days eating better. Hopping I would be down just alittle more but I'll take what I can get.
