I am really struggling with my diet, recently i have developed a bad habit of snacking at night which i would like to stop.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

you can do it...make healthy snacks in put them in ziplock bags and when you get the urge..go to ziplock bag
