Gosh it feels so good to have weighed in this morning and seen that I was down the 135. I am feeling so good. We were moving stuff around today and I found my 5lb and 2lb weights. I am so excited!! I think just sorting my stuff and getting rid of it is going to be a form of exercise. More water!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
