Yippee!

I made some stew, and although I've measured the whole thing, I don't know how to 'add a portion' to my food log.

So this is really not representative of my food consumption for the day.

I'll have to find this out.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
