This was one of those days when things went all pear shaped. I didn't get much exercise, but I did maintain the diet. I do think I need more water, though. I've tried to drink, but mostly have just carried the bottle around all day.

Tomorrow I hope to get in a 6 or 7 mile walk.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
