Walked / ran three miles on the treadmill at the gym today... Had to make myself go, but I'm so glad I did. My 3 yr old encourages me, too. He loves going to the little daycare they have there, so he always begs me to go! I finally got an appt to see a new Endo, I'm going next Tuesday. I'm so nervous about it, because I've already seen three different ones, none so far seem to care that I feel like poo even though my "levels" are good. I hope this new guy will listen to me, and will let me try some meds with t3. I think my problem is that my t4 isn't converting to t3 like it's supposed to. The only way we'll know is to have the levels checked, which is what the other doc refused to do. She only checked my t4, which is ridiculous for someone with thyroid issues. Enough with the rant... If anyone else has any advice I'd love to hear it!
