5) months of exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did 25) minutes on the nu-step = 1.85 miles; 50) leg lifts using ten pound weights; 25) upper body using twenty five pound weights; 50) pull-ups.

Casual walking = 1.71 miles= 4500 steps (shopping).
