2 more pounds and I will be at a 10 year low!!! This plan is easy to follow. I have a good friend who is also doing this plan with me.
I added walking to my activities. I think it will rev up my metabolism. I actually started this diet 5weeks ago and so far have lost 12 pounds. I found this site on Atkins and decided to check it out. :)
192.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week
