Been doing Atkins for 4 weeks now. So far so good. Lost 10lbs. Kinda stuck there. I think if I add more exercize it will help to speed up metabolism. I did drop one size. Feel better without the sugar highs and lows that I used to have. I am very positive this is a great new lifestyle for me!
