I started this journey on January 17th 2014. It has taken me 7 months to lose 60 pounds. I started at 185 and was 190 at my heaviest 9 months pregnant. My goal was to make it to 125 which was my max weight I could be in the Marine Corps and also the weight I always strived to get to at weigh-in's on a quarterly basis (active duty from 1995-1999). I was always at a steady 127 and would have to "shit" my brains out with ex-lax just to make weight or sit in a sauna to lose that 2 pounds. Now almost 15 years later I have finally made my Marine Corps weight without having to take ex lax or sit in a sauna. I am so excited and thank Lindora for helping me get to this point. Now I will focus on losing an additional 5 pounds so I can stay within 120-125 and really get under that "max weight" from the Marine Corp. oooooRAH! :)
125.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
