Friday 5/1: Had a meeting all morning with donuts and coffee cake. Didn't have any time for my P90X workout all day. Then went out for a movie that evening and had popcorn and pop, but only a kids pack. Consumed about 1000 more calories than I burned.
Saturday 5/2: Sort of made up for yesterday. Did P90X legs and back, ab ripper, and played 2 games of indoor soccer, one with no subs. But then went out for dinner and a beer after. Ended up the day losing 600 calories.
