Carbs: 20-25 grams a day (less than 10% daily intake)(15 grams coming from greens/veggies.)
Protein: 80-100 grams a day (20-30% of daily intake)
Fats: 60-70 % of daily intake.
Calories: 1500-1800 per day

Total daily intake should be: 60% Fat, 30% protein & 10% Carbs
