This day really got away from me. Been up since 4am and really did not get much time to myself. I'm winding down right now and trying to muster up some energy to do so push up.
I'm still sore from yesterday 15 minutes of intensity. Still need to drink more water. I need to be come like a fish when it comes my water intake.
Also, I've set my sights on a vitamix blender. Now back to my pushups!
