Welcome back Mike!

It has been an interesting time since 07/18/2014. I have been in St Louis caring for my partner's mother. She came home on 08/20/14. I have tried to keep up on my diet and entering of the food I ate. At times it was impossible to do and other times I was too busy to write things down.

I feel like I have gained some weight but still remain in my size 33 pants. I will have my first offical weigh in on Friday 08/29/14. The delay is due to my travel back to Seattle and the water retention.

Back to the program to get to my ultimate goal weight of 175.
