If I see a fluctuation in my weight of more that 4 lbs. I start to watch what I eat and eat a little less for a week or two until my weight is back to where I want it. That's pretty much what I have been doing for quite a while.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
