Another emotional rollercoaster of a week, I eat out Saturday, gain 3#, takes 3,days to bring back down w strict diet / more exercise. (maybe it would stabilize on its own due to msg and sodium in Chinese food??) had a friend pass away, you name it I experienced it lol.
Good news is that thru the course of the week, my average stayed in my goal range of 132#, with it being 132.3#. I'm good!! have a great weekend everyone!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
