1964 kcal Fat: 34.46g | Prot: 82.13g | Carb: 179.65g.   Breakfast: Meijer Fried Eggs, Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Bacon, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial). Lunch: Brussels Sprouts (Frozen), Shrimp, Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Lite, Borden Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Chicken Thigh, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Snacks/Other: Coors Light Beer (Bottle), Snyder's of Hanover Unsalted Mini Pretzels, Frito-Lay Rold Gold Classic Style Tiny Twists Pretzels, Peaches, Apples. more...
