I don't know about you, but I seem to know when there's going to be no progress on that stupid scale. This week, I have worked out like mad. I have also had a couple of days that I ate more than normal. (However, I never went over my RDI.)
But even though today was my "official" weigh in day, I didn't want to do it. As soon as I woke up, I didn't feel any skinnier, and I knew that any losses would be miniscule. I didn't lose a single pound.
Last week, I DID feel skinny on weigh in day, and I was down 4 pounds.
How did I know that? Am I really getting to be that in tune with my body? Or am I just making connections that aren't really there?
