So I tried the chi seeds in a drink. Supposed to be a energy boost/appetite depressive. Well, didn't work for me! Still dragging so I'm taking two vitamin b complex. Been up for two hours and have already ate at least half the calories I have eaten for the last two days or so. Or could be lack of sleep? Lack of the extra 1.5 miles I cut from morning walk? Or is it breaking my calorie fast with the punch chia seeds have? Skipping my coffee? Sigh.

Try adding coconut oil- that makes me feel really energetic. Whole raw flaxseeds work well too. Good luck :-)
