Today was the first day I have not woken up with a "food hangover" in weeks! Yesterday was day one of phase one. Here's the day's food and exercise-
-LLC -2 eggs with bell peppers -cranwater -4 oz tuna with salad -cranwater -4 oz chicken breast w/ steamed carrots -LLC
-I forgot the HLW, and I was planning on having a whey/berry smoothie with my flax oil in there and never did, so no flax oil either, oops. I'll do better today. I did take all of my supplements though.
Exercise- Fast 2 mile walk with my sister and her crazy dogs. :-)
I plan on having another great day today, and waking up tomorrow feeling even better! :-)
